Deleting your Posso Grade Booster account and data

Posso Grade Booster is an app by Digination Oy. You can delete your whole account or only some of your data.

Deleting your whole account in the app

Open Posso and tap the settings icon on the home screen (Settings).
Choose Delete account and all data and confirm.
The account is deleted 24 hours later. Until then you can cancel the deletion in the app.

This deletes from every device: quizzes, answers, results and progress, purchase data and purchased extra pages, and sign-in keys. Only the monthly usage (pages and checks) remains, tied to one-way hashes from which the sign-in identifier cannot be recovered. This prevents recycling free quotas by deleting and recreating an account.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings.

Deleting only some of your data

A single quiz: open the quiz and choose Delete quiz. It goes to Deleted quizzes in Settings, where you can restore it or delete it for good. A quiz deleted for good is removed from our server with its questions, answers and progress.
Scanned photos are deleted automatically as soon as the quiz is ready.

Asking for deletion by email

If you can't get into the app, send a deletion request to info@posso.mobi. Include your user number if you know it (in Settings), or the email address you signed in with. We delete the account and its data as described above within 30 days.
